Josie Fearneyhough, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Josie was born and raised in Louisville, KY where she also attended the University of Louisville for her undergraduate degree in Nursing and then Bellarmine University for her Master’s degree in Nursing. She has been certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 2020. After gaining years of invaluable nursing experience in multiple different areas of healthcare, she has now accomplished her dream of becoming a nurse practitioner in dermatology. She is enthusiastic about providing exceptional skin care and education to her patients, ensuring they feel and look their best. When out of the office, she enjoys cheering on the UofL Cardinals, relaxing at the lake, and spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends.
Makayla Haas, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Makayla attended the University of Louisville and obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2019. Soon after graduation, she found herself absorbed in the outpatient dermatology realm and continued her education to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice from UofL in 2024. She is also board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Makayla has been a team member of Cassis Dermatology since April 2024, and is thrilled to begin her new role as a provider at the practice. Makayla is passionate about finding treatments, for a variety of skin disorders, in which best fit the patient’s lifestyle and goals. In her free time, she enjoys frequently walking her dog, binge watching a Netflix series and going to dinner with her husband.
